Terms and Conditions w2win – Your Platform Usage Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and w2win ("Platform", "Us"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the w2win platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms, along with the Privacy Policy and any other guidelines published by w2win from time to time.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendments to the Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use w2win's services, you must meet the following requirements:

Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary restriction on your account.

3. User Account

Once your account is successfully registered, you are fully responsible for all activity that takes place within it. This includes all bets placed, financial transactions, and communications sent through your account.

• Do not share your password or account login details with anyone.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other account.
• Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of account protection.

W2win will not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account secure. We will never ask for your password through any communication channel.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

W2win supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, digital wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, ShopeePay), and direct bank transfer. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Deposits are typically credited within less than 5 minutes after the transaction is successful.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours once the request has been approved.
• The payment method used for withdrawals must be the same as or related to the method used for deposits, unless otherwise confirmed by the support team.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary depending on your chosen payment method and account KYC level.
• W2win does not bear any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement (e.g. 20x) that must be met before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash.
• Valid period: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within that period will be automatically forfeited.

6. Game Rules

In unavoidable technical situations such as connection disruptions or system failures during gameplay, w2win will use server records to determine game status and resolve transactions fairly. The decision of the w2win technical team in such cases is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w2win platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:
